Everything was good, best staff, ideal location near the Haram mosque, holly masjid and Al Haram. Booked a room with good views of haram room. Loved awesome breakfast and had a wonderful stay overall with such high cost hotel.

Fairly clean hotel, exquisite breakfast, the location is incredible near to jeddah and the holy mosque. Welcoming and courteous staff are at the reception desk.

Sweet staff, lovely breakfast, strong wi-fi. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was individual. The building itself was unique with an incredible garden. Besides, parking was available nearby.

The hotel is lovely, the location is marvelous, the staff at the property are extremely polite! All in all it's clean place, they have extremely comfy beds. Ajyad is a district that deserves exploring. No complaints whatsoever, thanks for a really comfortable stay.

Hotel was well priced, great value for money as opposed to other options. Stunning interior and luxurious rooms. The staff was obliging & was always available. Pool was good and beds were neat. The location of this wonderful small venue was spectacular.

The hotel was very modern with elegant rooms and I loved quite pleasant staff. The breakfast was RATHER GOOD, they make variety of meals. They made my stay just perfect. Overall the service was superb.

the staff where welcoming, and the bed was comfy. greatly enjoyed exceptional views. a cool bonus was nearby zamzam lobby lounge, that offered tea and coffee.
